IntelliDESK®

We are up and running on our new SQL version of IDESK, our voice savers, and WebSERVICES as of this week. With the (small) exception of the initial organization of our install process, I and my managers have been overwhelmingly pleased with how everything was handled by SDC.

Once again your amazing people (most notably Gene, Maria, Diane, and Ann) have come through for us in a way that exceeded my expectations.

Quite an achievement considering how much of an obsessive detail-oriented person that I am!  :-)  I thoroughly appreciate working with people who are extremely organized, along with having an extra high level of expertise and knowledge.  Gene, Maria, Diane, and Ann have all of these qualities, PLUS they are also very personable/fun to work with! My highest kudos to them (and to you for hiring and retaining such great people)!

It was the above four who made the greatest difference to the success of our project because they were the ones who were most involved, but I also want to take the time to mention that we also found Bob Krutiak, Kelly, Dave Feuer, Joe Keniston, Mike V, and Eva very helpful in helping us work through different issues.

Once again, my sincere thanks and compliments to your staff for making our IntelliDESK upgrade and installation of voice savers/Web Services a smooth, well done process!! They have my deepest gratitude!
