Dear Valued Customers,

LET’S TALK 2008 has come to a close, and I’m pleased to report another successful event where fun and education came together in perfect unison.

In a year where we’re all tightening our belts, LET’S TALK 2008 focused on teaching attendees how to leverage the investment they’ve already made in SDC’s technology. Attendees experienced a mix of informative sessions and entertaining events that included:

  • Vital give-and-take: LET’S TALK’s open forum gave attendees ample time to speak with top SDC developers and staff as well as their peers.

  • Communications-enabled Business Process-focused sessions: This year’s sessions revolved around how attendees could leverage what they already have in place, from using SDC applications to increase employee productivity to actually turning their call center into a revenue generating entity.

  • THE Lab: Our lab is outfitted with 4 major switches and all of SDC’s software. It sets us apart from other conferences and gives attendees the hands on experience they need.

  • Sensational leaf peeping: New Hampshire was at its most beautiful this year. A dinner cruise on Lake Winnipesaukee was the perfect way for attendees to take in the foliage!

For our customers who were unable to attend, we’re offering a mini version of LET’S TALK 2008:

Mini LET’S TALK 2008
Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays, December 2nd - 18th
Time: 1:00pm EST

This one hour webinar will address Communications-enabled Business Processes using SDC Technologies. If you’re using SDC technologies, you already know the importance of integrating communications-enabled business processes into your current environment. The inability to reach the right person at the right time contributes to missed business opportunities, elevated customer frustration, and potential onsite disaster. But are you aware of all of the ways that your current SDC technologies can help you minimize these factors in your daily communications? And what about the technologies you are considering but have yet to adopt? Join SDC thought leaders to learn more about how your current SDC technologies can help you increase productivity, reduce costs, and generate revenue.

We’d love to see you at LET’S TALK 2009! Please look for communications from SDC seeking your input on sessions and activities that will help us shape next year’s event to meet your needs. Your contribution in this process is welcomed and will help us target and address your needs in the coming year.

Again, many sincere thanks to all of our customers for your continuing support. We appreciate your time and feedback and hope to see you next year!

Warm Regards,
