IntelliDESK®

IntelliDESK, as our main answering attendant console, has allowed our operators to become true customer service representatives. From a single desktop device, the operators are better equipped to handle any caller request quickly and efficiently. By consolidating the information necessary to process caller requests, we have put a single source of information at the operator's fingertips. The Computer Telephone Integration is fabulous. In addition, by employing the Physicians Answering application, we (Henry Ford Health Systems) realized approximately 3 million dollar savings. We are able to assume and incorporate the traffic formerly handled by "Nurse Call Program" and process more caller requests in a better and more customer-oriented method, without having to increase our human resources.

Just as important, the comprehensive nature of the IntelliDESK® Database positions us to interface and receive information from other hospital systems. Simply put, we are where we want to be in order to move forward with future technologies and applications.
