SDC Solutions Successfully Completes Siemens Compatibility and Interoperability Testing

IntelliDESK 5.4 now certified for compatibility with key Siemens solutions

On October 23, 2006, SDC Solutions, Inc. successfully completed compatibility and interoperability testing of its IntelliDESK PC-based attendant console application with solutions from Siemens Communications, Inc.  IntelliDESK 5.4, a component of SDC’s Total Call Handling Solution, is now authorized for interoperability and compatibility with Siemens HiPath 4000 V3.0 (SMR 4 SMP05), Hipath ProCenter 7.0.12 with Client Desktop 7.0.12 Patch 1, and Callbridge TU Cornet-WP 2.0.00.14 USB drivers- v1.20.0.40.

SDC is a member of Siemens Technology Partner Program.  As a member of the program, SDC is eligible to submit products for compatibility and interoperability testing by Siemens.  Through the Technology Partner Program, Siemens helps ensure that businesses can confidently add applications that have been predetermined to be compatible with existing Siemens architecture, making implementations more efficient and cost-effective.
