SDC Solutions releases new version of IntelliSPEECH®
Emergency Notification System
Enhanced ENS application leverages speech recognition to hasten the delivery of critical emergency information and instructions
Manchester, NH — February 28, 2008 — SDC Solutions, a provider of mission-critical communications software, today announced the widespread availability of IntelliSPEECH Emergency Notification System 6.0, a speech-based emergency notification system designed to make critical group communications efficient, reliable and flexible.
IntelliSPEECH ENS utilizes speech recognition to activate emergency launch and messaging. Authorized users can initiate emergency processes from any phone by simply stating a command. By using speech recognition, IntelliSPEECH ENS eliminates the obstacles that can delay emergency notification, such as needing to be onsite during an emergency or needing a computer to initiate processes. System capabilities include sending text messages, placing outbound voice messages, receiving inbound responses and processing data, including the number of responses and estimated times of arrival of responders. All messages are equipped with emergency details and instructions and all launches may be monitored in real-time using a comprehensive web-based tracking tool. Detailed transaction reports are permanently housed for future reference.
