SDC's new IP-based application turns Avaya IP display phones into a powerful marketing and advertising tool
Manchester, NH — March 27, 2008 — SDC Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of mission-critical communications solutions, will present their new IPBanner application at the International Alliance of Avaya Users (InAAU) Conference in San Diego, CA. Presentations will take place Monday, March 31st – Thursday, April 3rd at SDC Solutions Booth #400.
IPBanner is a powerful marketing and advertising application that delivers an unlimited number of banner messages to an unlimited number of IP display phones. The banners are simple to create, support text and high resolution graphics, and can be delivered one per event or on a specified rotation with refresh durations from 30 seconds to one hour. The application also provides single button access to customer-defined endpoints. For example, in a luxury box at a sports stadium, endpoints might be defined as “concessions”, “ticketing” and “attendant”, whereas in the lobby of a hotel endpoints might be defined as “concierge”, “onsite restaurants” and “front desk”. IPBanner’s benefits do not end with customer service enhancements. The application may also serve as a way to promote upcoming events and as a revenue generating source for organizations that choose to sell banner ads to outside businesses and specialized groups.
