Ensure your directory is always up to date by easily importing data into your Comprehensive Database with Enterprise Directory Import/Export (EDIX)

Your directory can be your most important source of information, but if it isn’t updated on a regular basis it can also be a source of serious frustration. EDIX helps ensure your directory is   dependable and up to date by allowing you to manually run or schedule an automatic data import or export. Using the import function, delimited text files are converted to IntelliDESK records, updating the directory as the record is received. Conversely, the export function can be used to create a text file of the SDC Directory data for import into another database system.  SDC technicians work closely with interface analysts to ensure your import runs smoothly and contains all the necessary information.
