IntelliDESK’s Emergency Procedures merges pre-defined emergencies with step-by-step instructions, contact lists and processes for your operators. Operators are able to launch appropriate emergency procedures directly from their station in a quick and accurate manner. Using the pc-based console’s directory information and telephony functions, the operator can confidently perform pre-defined tasks. As each task is executed, it is automatically logged. A report is generated tracking every task with a date/time stamp for complete accountability for every launched emergency.
