How it Works

When a call is forwarded from an office to the operators, a messaging screen automatically pops or may be manually popped according to pre-defined settings.

The operator can view status and preferences of the office and retrieve previously taken messages or take a new message for the office using a customized messaging template.

After saving the message, the operator chooses the method(s) of message delivery defined by the office.

Messages are stored indefinitely and can be easily viewed.
