How it works
The operator enters the details for the call to be parked. Using a single keystroke, the operator chooses to park the call, or park the call and beep or overhead page the requested party.
Once the call is parked, any operator can use the detail information to retrieve or join the call with confidence and efficiency.
Each parked call is logged with date/time, status and completion information.
Unanswered calls with detail information will ring back to the operator group based upon the pre-defined ring back time.
