Allow remote employees to reach multiple contacts with a single call using SDC’s Serial Calling.
When a remote employee needs to speak with several individuals, they often have to make multiple calls to the operators and be connected each time. Using Serial Call, the operator can take advantage of a special transfer that will automatically return the incoming caller to the operators to be transferred to another extension.
