Directory
WebSERVICES Directory delivers the same directory used by your operators to your entire staff over your intranet.  Employees can look up numbers, pocket page, change personal status, send e-mail and temporarily reassign pagers directly from their desktop or PDA. Extremely customizable, this component allows you to choose the fields your employees can view and the functions they can execute.  Authorized users can also access messages from IntelliDESK and view a report of their transactions. [benefits]

OnCall
WebSERVICES OnCall allows designated staff to update on-call schedules in real time as changes occur. Individual departments can take ownership of posting their on-call schedules, eliminating the lag time between the change occurring and the operators receiving it. At any time, operators and authorized staff can access the most updated on-call schedules and place a call, send a page or send an email directly from the WebSERVICES or IntelliDESK screen. Additional fields, including call order, role, and instructions, are provided to ensure that the correct on-call person can be contacted in the manner they choose. Users may access the on-call schedules by any device having internet access.

Directory Updates
Directory Update modules allow you receive directory updates from your existing data sources, such as human resource or patient and guest management systems. All updates are immediately accessible using any of SDC’s applications, including IntelliDESK, IntelliSPEECH, WebSERVICES, IPSERVICES and Event and Emergency Notification.
